Welcome to Hope Street Counselling. I'm Jen, a registered counsellor passionate about supporting women with ADHD and anxiety. As an ADHD'er myself I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence.

My approach is all about understanding and embracing your brain's wiring, not trying to fix it. We'll work on building self-compassion and acceptance and develop goals based on your core values (what really matters). I work from a neuro-affirming Lense, which means I see ADHD as a difference, not a deficit. Sessions are structured in a way that supports this difference, using visuals, breaks, summaries and continuous feedback. 

Let's work together to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and authentic. I'm excited to walk this path with you.
