Hello, I'm Jen. Thank you for visiting my practice! I have the honor of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, but my true passion lies in helping women navigate ADHD. As an ADHD'er myself, I spent much of my young adult life struggling to manage the daily demands on living. It wasn't until I became a mother that the challenges of ADHD became overwhelming, and the coping mechanisms I used no longer sufficed. While I appeared to have everything under control, I often found myself overwhelmed, scrambling to meet work deadlines and dealing with the aftermath of emotional outbursts, all whilst feeling trapped in a web of shame and guilt. For years, I believed there was something fundamentally wrong with me, thinking I simply wasn’t trying hard enough.

Fast forward to today, I now embrace my ADHD with self-acceptance and compassion, and I have dedicated my professional life to helping other women understand their own ADHD story and discover unique strategies to thrive in a world that is not set up for a neurodivergent mind.
